Bridging the disconnect between recognitions and rewards
The project is focused on developing a feature for a platform that allows managers to acknowledge and recognise the efforts of their employees, as well as to provide rewards and incentives to improve performance. The association between recognition and rewards had weakened over time. The company aimed to rebuild this association to encourage better employee performance.
There are more unsuccessful purchases than successful ones. We believe this could be changed.
In order to address this we will look at the following specific problems: Available Spend and Open Transaction limit Boost and Open banking.

The interface should be clear and easy to navigate for both employees and managers. The recognition feature should allow for the creation of recognitions with or without attached rewards, and it should make it clear that the reward step is optional and allow employees to skip it.
The interface should clearly differentiate between the user and manager wallet, be mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate on smaller screens. The interface should not allow duplication of rewards. Only the creator of the recognition or an admin should be able to edit or delete it, and managers should be able to allocate rewards and see the balance of rewards they have. Once a reward has been attributed, it cannot be edited or deleted.
The context, blob, and creator of the recognition should be visible to managers when they click on the link. The recognition feature should allow for multiple recipients in step 2, and if there are multiple recipients, the interface should associate a name with each person being attributed points. The feature should include confirmation screens, and the prototype of this flow should be available.
